Palm Beach is a north facing beach and gets it name from the mature phoenix palms at the east end, where a public toilet and free BBQ facilities are also located. There is a restaurant and dairy! Best ice-creams in town.

There is a children’s playground in the middle section of the beach which also has a free BBQ area, public toilets and an outdoor public shower. There is public transport going straight to Palm beach from the ferry. Palm Beach is a gorgeous bay with a white sandy beach, one of the better beaches on Waiheke Island.
