The architects own holiday home has been designed to reflect the idea of a traditional kiwi ‘bach’ built in a contemporary style making the most of the stunning northerly sea views, as it looks out to Palm Beach.  It is a perfect location –just 2 minutes’ walk to gorgeous Palm Beach, Palm Beach Dairy for your morning coffee and Palm Beach Restaurant.

Plenty of separate spaces, to wander off with a book away from the family. Rooms include a modern kitchen, open air dining, that closes up with louvre shutters if need be, sunny decks and large comfortable sofas, enjoyable views with outdoor seating. The spacious sitting room has a wood fire and the dining leads to an outdoor fireplace and BBQ.

The top floor has a master with king bed and stunning views out to Palm Beach  There is also a guest room with a King  bed and shared bathroom.  

Downstairs a further stylish bunk room with 2 bunks. Next door a Queen  bedroom and shared bathroom, perfect family accommodation.   

The home is superbly equipped with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and blue tooth sound system in the lounge. Fully functional kitchen – all you need for the perfect holiday. 

Set in a North West aspect just 2 minutes from the beach this house is a wonderful spot in which to relax, and enjoy all the island has to offer.

High Season March – April $820 per night.
